We are all currently enrolled in an Event Management and Operations class at Texas A&M University and are hopefully going to receive a Professional Event Management Certificate when we graduate. We are more than excited to be planning Kite Fest 2019 and hope to make it the best year yet! I am a Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences major from Bryan, Texas. I love planning meaningful events, trips, and occasions so I am working towards the Professional Event Management Certificate, as well as the Tourism Management and Community Recreation and Park Administration certificates.

In my free time I enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends and enjoying the great outdoors.

Howdy! My name is Julia Lischau and I am a senior at Texas A&M University. I am pursuing a major in horticulture with a minor in business and a professional event management certificate. These three fields of study allow me to learn skills that will thrive in a business atmosphere while implementing design and management. In my free time I love to spend time with friends, cook, and watch The Office.

Howdy! My name is Ashlyn McDaniel and I am a senior at Texas A&M University. I am pursuing a major in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences with an emphasis in Tourism Management and certifications in Professional Event Management and Hospitality Management. This major has sparked my love for travel and events. I am hoping to find a career in corporate event planning, with a dream job to work for the Olympics.

Howdy! My name is Katie Moore and I am a senior Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences Major from Georgetown, Texas. I will be graduating from Texas A&M university this May with certificates in Tourism Management, Youth Development and Professional Event Management. After gradation I will be working for the summer at a youth day camp in Colorado and then In August 2019 I will be beginning a internship with Disney at Disneyland in California.
